How a Reiki session works
During a Reiki session, you lie down on a massage table, dressed, and I will first connect to the Reiki energy, channel it and diffuse it through my hands, then place them on different parts of your body as required, so that it spreads to where there is an energetic imbalance. Most of the time, you'll feel soothed, gently warm and floating, and you may even fall asleep. Each person is different and each person's experience is unique, so don't expect anything! That's what Reiki is all about.
